What Does GANS Do

The GANS IMS integrates various Management System processes and standards into a unified system and documentation framework. This integration enables us to streamline our management, save time and resources, as well as increase efficiency and productivity. We help ensure that our valued clients obtain consistent and high-quality services.

The focus of the GANS IMS is to support constant performance evaluation of all operations in order to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, as well as to drive operational excellence in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

The GANS IMS is established in alignment with the following International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards:

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management
• ISO 31000 – Risk Management
• ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

The purpose of the GANS IMS is to improve the quality of services and consistently meet customers’ expectations. The GANS IMS contains policies, processes, and procedures designed to verify that services are provided in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and above ISO standards.

GANS was certified by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in 2018, becoming the UAE’s first recognised private Air Navigation Services Provider (ANSP). GANS ensures that its IMS and Safety Management System (SMS) Manuals, Policies, Processes, and Procedures continually meet and exceed regulatory requirements, and as such, form the basis for the continued maintenance of the GANS ANSP certification.

GANS has a modern software solution in place that is used for the management of various GANS IMS processes. This software solution can be leveraged to save considerable time and resources required for the management of various customer-specific Management System processes and activities.
