What Does GANS Do

GANS has vast experience in the development and maintenance of Operation Manuals, procedures, instructions, and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties. The Operation Manuals that we have developed on behalf of our clients are continuously improved and amended to ensure that they meet the changing regulatory and client requirements and remain in alignment with ICAO standards and recommended practices.

GANS ensures that our clients’ staff adhere to operational, client, and regulatory requirements by continually monitoring their performance and the related quality of services provided to our clients.

We have experience in monitoring compliance of personnel through the establishment of documented operational staff competency management frameworks, as well as regular performance and competency monitoring schemes.
