Abdallah Othman is the Director of HR and Administration with experience managing global teams and multimillion projects within the aviation sector.

Abdallah brings with him 27 years’ experience focused on human capital management, previously holding key positions within GAMCO and ADAC prior to GANS. His background handling diverse HR functions within a global community has earmarked him as a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives.

Under his guidance as a strategic thinker with knack for systemisation, data driven decision making and finance, he has significantly contributed to the growth of Emiratization within the aviation sector, and successfully transformed businesses into high performing, digitally advanced people centred companies.
