This project installed redundant equipment to measure Runway Visual Range values on one of the parallel runways at this International Airport as a backup to the existing RVR system.  The new RVR sensors were installed on the other side of the runway, which improved access for maintenance and provided an alternative RVR capability to improve the resilience of operations during low visibility conditions.

GANS is also overseeing the installation of similar redundant RVRs on the adjacent parallel Runway.
