GANS lead a project to establish an air traffic control training academy in Spain. 

Key successes include:

• Developed courses all aerodrome training material using the European Common Core Content development and training methodology
• Created tower simulator facility with synthetic devices to train tower and ground positions
• Attained Spanish regulatory approval in four months, establishing the first private air traffic control training academy in Spain at the time
• ATC Training Academy remains in operation today.
