GANS Standards & Procedures Management

GANS has vast experience in the development and maintenance of Operation Manuals, procedures, instructions, and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties. The Operation Manuals that we have developed on behalf of our clients are continuously improved and amended to ensure that they meet the changing regulatory and client requirements and remain in alignment with ICAO standards and recommended practices.

GANS ATS Licensing Management

GANS manages all aspects of ATS licensing, including the development of documented processes for the continuous management of ATS licensing processes related to English Language Proficiency, Aviation Medical, and annual licensing renewal examinations, as well as related interactions with relevant regulatory authorities.

GANS Psychoactive Substance Management Program (PSMP)

GANS has experience in the development and implementation of Psychoactive Substance Management Programsand the related processes and procedures for the prevention of problematic use of psychoactive substances by aviation personnel engaged in safety-sensitive activities.

The GANS IMS integrates various Management System processes and standards into a unified system and documentation framework. This integration enables us to streamline our management, save time and resources, as well as increase efficiency and productivity. GANS specialises in the establishment, management, and continuous improvement of aviation SMS solutions tailored to the size and complexity of various organisations. Engineering

GANS Engineering Division handles all technical aspects of technology and infrastructure solutions seamlessly at various installations for our customers. GANS also provides technical personnel training certification and additional ad hoc support as required by our customers.

Training

GANS Training Academy is the first institution to gain regulatory accreditation from the UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) as an ATS Training Organisation. More than 6,155 students have graduated in different disciplines of Air Traffic Services since our opening.

The GANS QMS is compliant with the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard. We demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet and exceed customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. We also aim to improve customer satisfaction through our inherent continuous improvement processes that lead to continual assurance of conformity to changing customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

GANS has in place a CMS that is used to ensure continued compliance with the relevant laws as well as regulatory and Client requirements. As part of our CMS activities, GANS implements a robust schedule of internal audits and inspections at all of our locations to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

GANS Risk Management System (RMS)

The GANS RMS is compliant with the ISO 31000 Risk Management standard and ensures a framework is in place for enterprise-wide hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation. We also utilise our Risk Management System (RMS) to address risks and opportunities associated with the context in which GANS and our clients operate.

GANS Information Security Management System (ISMS)

The GANS ISMS is compliant with the ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard. Through the adoption of our ISMS, GANS clients will be able to protect their information in a systematic and cost-effective method.

GANS Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

The GANS OHSMS is compliant with the ISO 45001 standard. The GANS OHSMS enables us to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving our occupational health and safety performance.
